Projectors In The Courtroom
As courtroom technology goes, I think family law is a bit behind the curve. Ours is still, pretty much, a black ink on white paper art. That's a shame, because there are better ways to present evidence. Methods that make it much easier for the judge to understand what is going on and therefrom to make the right decision.
On a couple of occasions I have taken a projector and screen into court to present evidence at trial. Each time I have done it, it has proven to be a great success. It is time this method becomes more prevalent in our family law trial practices.
At The Court Technology and Trial Presentation Blawg Ted Brooks has a great primer on courtroom projectors, screens, and monitors. Please click here to read a great article!
